Office Coordinator

CARCHEX is hiring an Office Coordinator. This position serves as the first point of personal contact for the office at the front desk and performs administrative and clerical duties to support the management and sales teams.

Shift: 9:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.


  • Manage front lobby/reception area
  • Handle incoming mail
  • Greet customers and walk in traffic
  • Prepare and mail Customer fulfillment – (Proficient with Microsoft excel and Microsoft Publisher a plus)
  • Coordinate Back Office needs such as ordering and stocking supplies, arranging conference rooms and assisting with interviews.
  • Assist Marketing team with various tasks

We Are Seeking a Candidate With The Following Experience:

  • High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven organization
  • Computer savvy (ideally with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Publisher) * Training will be provided
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
